By accessing and using DigiMart, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All products sold on DigiMart are digital goods. Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the product files with others.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment must be completed before product delivery. For UPI payments, orders are placed as "pending" until UTR verification. We reserve the right to cancel orders with invalid UTR numbers.
When paying via UPI/PhonePe/GPay, you must enter the correct 12-character UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number. Entering a false or incorrect UTR number is considered fraud and may result in order cancellation and legal action.
Digital products, by their nature, cannot be "returned." Refunds are only issued if: (1) the product file is corrupted/not working, (2) the product is significantly different from its description, or (3) duplicate payment occurred. You may not use our platform for any illegal purpose, upload malware or harmful files (if you are a seller), attempt to bypass payment systems, or engage in fraudulent transactions.
All content on DigiMart (logos, descriptions, website code) is our intellectual property. Product files belong to their respective creators.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in courts having jurisdiction in India.
